POLICIES: Terms and Conditions.

  • By using this site, you signify your agreement to abide by its terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

  • Missed and canceled classes and make-ups
    Credits are not given for missed or cancelled classes due to personal sickness, scheduling conflicts, inclement weather conditions (evacuations, road-freeze, etc), holoidays, etc. Make-ups may be scheduled in a comparable class at any of our locations for up to four weeks from the original missed date. Please call, email, or talk directly with your instructor for recommended make-up class times. Make-ups not used within four weeks of the missed class are forfeited.

  • Payment policies
    Your full tuition and registration fee is due on the first day of class. You WILL BE BILLED even if you miss a class or discontinue without notification (see: cancelation policy). Payments not received by the end of the first class of each four week period will result in a $5.00 LATE FEE per student per class for each week a payment is late. A $20 return fee will be applied to all NFS and returned checks.

  • Cancellation Policy
    Notification by a parent or a guardian is REQUIRED at least one class before discontinuing CoachWayne2GO classes to stop billing on your account. Parents/guardians are responsible for ALL balances incurred if our office is not notified of cancellation even if your child is not attending classes. Please fill out the following form to cancel (separate form submission is needed for each class cancellation and each student).

  • Pick-up/Drop-off
    Parents or Guardians who enroll students are solely responsible for pick-up and drop-off of children to and from THE CLASS INSTRUCTOR. All our classes are open to parental observation, we therefore advise you to make sure that your child walks ALL THE WAY TO THE COACH at the beginning of class and ask that you be IN THE FACILITY before the end of class for pick-up, not just the parking lot. We choose the safest, most convenient facilities available but cannot personally observe all children before or after scheduled class times. Coaches attend to students in active classes, during class times only. Children needing to take restroom breaks during scheduled classes cannot always be observed by the coaches, therefore, if you do not remain in the facility coaches may ask parents of other enrolled students or student peers to escort your child to and from the restroom or they may attend alone.

  • Waiver
    As the parent or legal guardian of this child I affirm my understanding that because this gymnastics program is solely within the control of myself and my child, CoachWayne2GO (collectively management, employees and facility providers) are disclaimed from any and all liabilities and costs whatever (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the CoachWayne2GO program. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless, CoachWayne2GO from any claims made or brought by myself and/or on behalf of my child arising from participation in gymnastic activities (which may include assisting other students in gymnastic exercises and/or carrying mats and equipment). I have read and understood the program policies and understand my child may be dropped from class for non-payment, behavioral issues or low enrollment.

  • Model Release
    I authorize ~CoachWayne! freely use my and/or my child’s name, image, statement, voice, and features in the production and promotion of classes, publications, media, and programs. I expressly waive all model rights in this regard.

  • Re-enrollment
    Registration fee will not be billed if you re-enroll within 4 weeks of your last discontinuation. Students who fail to attend 4 consecutive classes will be dropped from our program and must re-enroll unless arrangement has been made in advance.

  • ANY athletic activity can be DANGEROUS. Good Judgment and Common Sense MUST be used when practicing gymnastics. DO NOT JUMP upside down and FLIP (Hands or NO-hands) without a spot unless a professional coach has told you “you are ready to do it by yourself”. COACHES CAN BE WRONG. Just because a coach says “GO” doesn’t mean you should. YOUR body is the one at risk. If you aren’t sure you are ready, please wait until you ARE sure.

  • Printing of the TumblingTIPS articles for private HOME use or IN-SCHOOL (gym/class) use is permitted. This is a LIMITED Public Performance right with specific terms. Emailing of TumblingTIPS is permitted. TumblingTIPS should NOT be modified but should be printed AS IS. Any other use of the materials on this Web site, or modification, distribution or re-publication thereof, without the prior written permission of CoachWayne.com, Inc. is strictly prohibited.
