Jeff Bryant (aka Coach Jeff, aka Cheer Dad) has lived in the Northern Virginia area for more than 30 years. Jeff has been involved in athletics since the age of seven, participating in baseball, track, and football. He attended Saint Paul's College on a football scholarship. After college he played semi-pro football for two years with the Virginia Storm, before joining the Air Force.
Jeff's first love will always be football. But with two daughters and no sons, he has turned his passion for athletic excellence toward helping CUA cheerleaders improve their tumbling skills. In the spring of 2006, Jeff became a certified Tumbling instructor through Coach Wayne's curriculums. He is also credentialed at USASF (US All Star Federation for Cheer) for tumbling levels 1-5.
Jeff has a great eye for identifying weaknesses in specific skills and knows how to fix them through proper drills and conditioning. He uses video to reinforce what each student is doing correctly and focuses on areas for improvement. This method has improved many students technique in a short period of time.
