I'M SCARED I'LL HURT MYSELF IF I DO IT BY MYSELF. IS YOUR VIDEO SAFE TO DO AT HOME? HOW MANY PEOPLE HAS IT HELPED? I'M THINKING ABOUT BUYING IT IF IT WILL IMPROVE MY BACK HANDSPRINGS. ALSO, WHAT ARE SOME TIPS THAT WILL IMPROVE MY JUMPS. PLEASE HELP! THIS IS MY DREAM! I WANT THIS SO BAD! I AM DETERMINED TO DO THIS! THANKS!

It will help you... HOWEVER... don't believe me just because I'm writing to you... instead TRY it for yourself. I GUARANTEE my video 100%. But if you're not ready to do the handspring by yourself then you'll need to have a spotter to achieve your handspring. All the video can to help you prepare your body for the handspring. Once you've trained at home with the video for a few weeks... and done ALL the exercises on the SEVEN COMPLETE workouts, you'll need to see a coach, live. BUT you're body will be READY for RAPID progression. You'll be stronger, more coordinated, and you'll have a MUCH better understanding of EXACTLY how to get and KEEP your handspring.
At that point, you may want to try a PRIVATE or SEMI-Private lesson with a great coach instead of a big group class. You'll be able to focus with the coach STRICTLY upon the handspring.
